These terms cover your use of the BinMate website. The BinMate app is licensed under its own terms and the app-store agreements.

This website (binmate.app) is operated by Anas Hafidi. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it in a way that breaches applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
The BinMate name, logo, content and design are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You’re welcome to link to our articles, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of the Site without our permission.
4. The BinMate app
Downloading and using the BinMate app is governed by the relevant app store’s terms and by the app’s own terms and privacy policy. Pricing shown on this Site (including any “Lifetime” unlock) is indicative and may change; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies.
5. No warranty
The Site and its content (including blog articles) are provided “as is” for general information. While we aim for accuracy, bin-collection rules vary by council and change over time, so we don’t warrant that all information is complete or current. Always check your council where it matters.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
