Need a hand with the app?
Start with our support page. If you still need help, include your app version, phone model and a short description of what happened. For collection problems, your postcode and council name are a helpful starting point.
Please avoid sending a full address, personal documents or other sensitive details unless they are needed to investigate. Check screenshots for private information before attaching them.
A privacy question?
Email the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. Our app privacy policy explains what data we use and the choices available to you.
